Kerim Vural, President of the Turkish Deaf Sports Federation, said in her statement to the AA correspondent that the national team put up a very good fight. Pointing out the difficulty of the opponents, Vural said, "We can say that our Iran match was one of the best matches we have ever played. Iran is a team that beat Italy with 8 goals and is the previous world champion." said. Vural stated that their goal for the men's futsal team is the championship and said, "Our team really put up an extraordinary fight and we got out of our group. We have been saying from the beginning that our goal in these Olympics is the championship in futsal and we are continuing towards our goal. The most ambitious teams of the championship are ahead of us. If we continue our play in the Iran match, we will win the championship." We pray that we will receive it with God's permission." he said.
